- Seafood soup with mixed seafood
- Beef carpaccio, shaved parmesan, arugula salad and balsamic.
- Arctic charr tartare with cucumber, green apple, pumpkin seeds, dill mayo, lime & soy dressing.
- Beetroot & melon carpaccio with balsamic vinaigrette (V)
THEN
- Cod, grilled lemon, creamy barley risotto and butter sauce
- Prime lamb, ruffle mashed potato, asparagus & béarnaise sauce.
- Beef, pomme anna, broccoli, purée & port wine sauce.
- Butternut squash, hummus, pickled celery, pomegranate salad & salsa verde(V).
